Mussolini got recognition by the Church as the legitimate leader

Summary
Comes into power with a paramilitary force called the blackshirts. King Emmanuel had done nothing to stop Mussolini and almost nobody was hurt. Through intimidation they gained seats and passed a law to automatically win 2/3 of seats in the chamber of deputies. Then banned all other parties and took away all human rights with the 2/3 of seats.
